The Basics

• Our affiliate programs is completely FREE !

• We pay you, you will never have to pay us!

• We will pay you up to 10% of the total order (not including shipping) for any sale directed to our site by you that is tracked via your tracking code.

• If your referral returns anytime within 30 days and purchase more items, you will also receive commission on those items.

• You get rewarded for larger sales, as the commission structure increases with your success.

• We offer big ticket items.  You can get 100 affiliate sales with some stores and not have the revenue from one sale of a system.

• Online tracking so you know how you are progressing.

The Policies

• You are not eligible for affiliate credit on your own orders.

• Commissions are calculated based on your paid orders on the 10th of each month, for the period to the 10th of the prior month.

• We do not endorse or even condone SPAM.  Your account will be cancelled if in violation of this policy.

• Commission's are paid on the 15th of each month.

• The commission structure:

  • Your rate used for your online tracking is updated every Monday Night, based on the prior 4 weeks performance.

  • New accounts are assigned a 3% commission.  Commission rates based one calendar month (the 10th to the 10th) and for the online tracking (4 weeks) follow the schedule below:

    • $00,000.00 to $12,000.00 pays 3%

    • $12,000.01 to $24,000.00 pays 4%

    • $24,000.01 to $48,000.00 pays 5%

    • $48,000.01 to $60,000.00 pays 6%

    • $60,000.01 to $72,000.00 pays 7%

    • $72,000.01 to $84,000.00 pays 8%

    • $84,000.01 to $96,000.00 pays 9%

    • $96,000.01+ pays 10%

The Mechanics

In order for the system to work we need to be able to track how many customers that you've sent.  To facilitate this, you need to structure your links to our site with your tracking information.  When you sign up, you had to choose and affiliate ID, this must be referenced in all of your links.  Only links with the .asp extension work.  There are over 20,000 asp pages on the web site, so browse to the page you'd like to link to and note its code. 

To modify the links, the form is anypage.asp?PARTNER=your id. 

For example, let's say you are set up as affiliate ID XYZ, and you would like to send people to our categories page which shows all of the categories with pictures and descriptions. your link would then be to:

http://www.hvac-direct.com/categories.asp?PARTNER=XYZ

For a link to the homepage:

http://www.hvac-direct.com/?PARTNER=XYZ

Generating Clicks

How you choose to get people to click your links is up to you.  There are many ways that are free (probably the best) and others that require an investment.  The best way we have seen is to generate interest from the search engines to get free visitors to your site, who then like what they see and follow your links.  If you are an established webmaster you already know this, however, if not we'll say it for the general audience.  In search engines content is KING, and by content they mean ORIGINAL content.  Naturally written content that gives the search engine a reason to index that page and send visitors to it.  If you copy our text or our pages on the website, and publish them on your own, you will be very little for your own ranking in the search engines.  As are the original publisher, and more than likely the data has already been logged and dated as being owned by us.  If you choose to market certain products you definitely want to link to those pages, however in the text that surrounds that link, write your own original descriptions, you'll be glad you did.

Email is a wonderful tool at your disposal.  It may be as simple as adding your link to your signature in forwards.  While all of them people are trying to get Bill Gates to send them $500 for using his email tracking program which donates money to the bodyless child in some 3rd world country, one of them may actually need a furnace filter, air conditioner, or HEPA system.  Remember that your link will live on through forwards, and all clicks are stored for 30 days.  You may also pursue purchased opt-in mailing lists which are great for generating targeted leads from people who have asked for information.
